By filling the booking form, that person accepts the terms of the booking conditions for all persons named on the booking form.
Paying For Your Trip
In order to reserve your place, a deposit must be paid on the booking date. The full balance must also be received 12 weeks prior to the specified departure date. Late bookings must be paid for in full.
Cancelling Your Holiday
To cancel your holiday, the person who has made the booking must email us. We will cancel the holiday on receipt of your email. To cover our administration costs in cancelling your holiday, the fee for cancellation charges £100. If Jadance cancel your holiday you will get a full refund. If cancellation is due to any other factor beyond Jadance control your payments will be refunded less £200 due to promotion, marketing advertising and deposit.

A full 10-year British Passport is required for holidays to Jamaica.

We Change or Cancel Your Holiday
It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your holiday. However, we do plan our holidays for many months in advance, therefore we may need to make some minor changes. We have the right to do this at any time.
Prices
Before you book your holiday we can increase or decrease prices.
When you have booked your holiday and paid your deposit, we will not ask you to pay any extra charges because the value of the pound may have changed.

Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for making sure the holiday you book with us is supplied as described on our website and that the services provided are of a reasonable standard. We are also responsible for the actions and failures of our employees.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with any of the services we have agreed to provide, you must inform us as soon as possible, so that we can deal with the problem immediately.
Unreasonable Behavior
If a representative of the company believes that your behavior is at any point unreasonable, he/she holds the right to refuse you to take part in any of the tour’s activities. In this case, your contract with us is ended and we will no longer be responsible for you.
